Choose the Concern. The Treatment Sorts Itself.
A service list tells you what we offer. It does not tell you what you need. Tap what is actually bothering you and the menu narrows to what treats it. Open any card for how Chelsey thinks it through.
What it addresses
Lines that show up when your face moves. Across the forehead, between the brows, at the outer corners of the eyes. Those are muscle driven, which is why skincare never quite reaches them.
How Chelsey plans it
Dosing gets mapped to your anatomy rather than a standard number of units. Muscle strength, brow position, and how much movement you want to keep all change where the product goes. Starting conservatively and adjusting is a feature, not indecision.
What it addresses
Support that has flattened over time. Cheeks, chin, jawline, lips, and the folds that deepen because the structure underneath them changed.
How Chelsey plans it
Filler is not one product. Elevé carries the Restylane Collection and the RHA Collection, and the choice between them comes down to which layer needs support and how much movement that area does. Smaller lips usually need shape and border definition before they need volume, which is the difference between a lip that reads balanced and one that reads done.
What it addresses
Skin that has lost firmness across a whole area rather than in one line or fold. It works differently than filler. Instead of adding volume the day of, it prompts your own collagen response over time.
How Chelsey plans it
This is the treatment for the patient who does not want anyone to notice a change happened. It is planned as a series and judged months out, not at the follow up next week. If you want an immediate visible result for an event, filler is usually the better call.
What it addresses
Areas that need definition and firmness at the same time. Radiesse gives support the day it is placed and also stimulates your own collagen in the months after, which is why it sits somewhere between filler and Sculptra rather than replacing either.
How Chelsey plans it
Product choice comes down to what the area needs to do. Radiesse holds its shape well, so it tends to come up for jawline and structural work rather than for lips. The consult is where that gets decided, not the booking page.
What it addresses
Platelet rich fibrin is drawn from your own blood and spun down in office, then used to support skin quality in areas that are delicate or thin. It is a different tool than filler, and the two are not interchangeable.
How Chelsey plans it
Under eyes are the most common reason patients ask about it, and also the area where the wrong approach is most obvious. Part of the consult is deciding whether the hollowness is structural, whether it is skin quality, or whether it is neither and you are just tired. PRF also comes up for scarring and for hair, and PRF Gel is a separate conversation when volume is the goal.
What it addresses
Surface irregularity you can feel as much as see. Acne scarring, rough texture, and skin that has lost some of its bounce.
How your provider plans it
Microneedling builds results through your own collagen response, so the change shows up over weeks rather than the next morning. That is why it is planned as a series and then maintained, not booked once and judged.
What it addresses
Skin that looks flat, congested, or thirsty. It exfoliates, cleans out pores, and delivers a treatment serum in the same appointment, which is what separates it from a relaxing facial.
How your provider plans it
This is a maintenance treatment rather than a corrective one, and it is a smart choice the week of an event. The serum is chosen for what your skin is doing that day, so two Glo2Facials six weeks apart are not always the same treatment.
What it addresses
Whatever your skin is doing right now. The protocol gets built at the appointment instead of pulled off a fixed menu, which matters because skin changes with season, stress, and hormones.
How your provider plans it
Your esthetician assesses first, then chooses depth and products. If you have never had professional treatment, this is usually the right first appointment. It gives us a baseline before recommending anything corrective.
What it addresses
Damage that shows up as color rather than as lines. Sun spots, uneven tone, the marks left behind after a breakout clears, and the general dullness that reads as tired in daylight.
How your provider plans it
Peel strength gets matched to your skin and to how much recovery you can realistically take. Season factors in too, because pigment that gets treated and then exposed to sun comes right back. Late summer into fall is when this work makes the most sense in Michigan.
What it addresses
Hydration and nutrient support delivered by IV or as a quick injection. Patients most often book it around travel, a heavy stretch at work, recovery, or as a standing part of their routine.
How your provider plans it
Chelsey reviews your history first, because this is still a medical service even though it takes less than an hour. The blend is chosen for what you are actually after rather than whatever is trending, and it is not a substitute for care from your primary physician.
What it addresses
Lipotropic injections used as one piece of a medically supervised weight support plan. They are a support, not the plan itself, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling.
How Chelsey plans it
It starts with an intake, because what is actually going on varies a lot from patient to patient. Results depend on the whole picture including nutrition, sleep, movement, and consistency, and Chelsey will tell you if this is not the right tool for your situation.
What it addresses
Regrowth, irritation, and the daily upkeep of shaving. Waxing is the service patients are most likely to have had done badly somewhere else, which is usually why they switch.
How your provider plans it
Hair grows in cycles, so staying on a schedule makes appointments faster and more comfortable than waiting until it feels overdue. Your provider will also flag if a skincare product you are using makes waxing a bad idea that week, which is worth mentioning at booking rather than in the room.
What it addresses
The part of your routine that eats the most time every morning. Shape and color handled in the treatment room instead of at the mirror.
How your provider plans it
Brow shape gets mapped to your features rather than to whatever shape is having a moment, and tint is matched to your hair instead of darkened by default. Lamination is not for everyone. If your brows are already dense, shaping alone often looks better.
What it addresses
What happens between appointments. You are in our treatment room a few hours a year and in your own bathroom every single day, and that ratio decides how long your results hold.
How your provider plans it
We would rather correct three products you already own than sell you nine new ones. If something in your current routine is working against the treatment you just paid for, that is the conversation worth having at checkout.
Nothing on the menu is filed under that concern, which usually means it needs a conversation before a booking.
Tell us the concern →If you know the concern but not the treatment, the form is the faster route. It goes to a provider, not an inbox. Prefer to talk? Call (616) 433-2882. We are at 3150 Alpine Ave NW, Suite 144, Grand Rapids. Financing is available through Sunbit.
