Chelsey Morrow, NP-C
FOUNDER | NURSE PRACTITIONER | AESTHETIC INJECTOR
Chelsey Morrow, NP-C, is the founder of Elevé Wellness & Aesthetics and an experienced aesthetic injector known for her thoughtful approach and natural-looking results. Since entering aesthetics in 2021, Chelsey has built her practice around one philosophy: enhancing what’s already there, never changing what makes someone look like themselves.
Her approach goes beyond treating a single area. Chelsey considers facial balance, structure, skin quality, and long-term goals to create treatment plans that feel intentional and evolve with each patient. She is especially passionate about advanced injectables, regenerative aesthetics, and treatments that support beautiful, natural results over time.
Before founding Elevé, Chelsey spent more than seven years in cardiology nursing, caring for patients following heart and lung surgery and working in electrophysiology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Indianapolis and her Master of Science in Nursing from Spring Arbor University.
Continuous education remains a major part of Chelsey’s practice. She regularly advances her training in injection techniques, aesthetic medicine, skincare, and emerging treatments to bring both expertise and innovation back to her patients and the Elevé team.
Outside of Elevé, you’ll usually find Chelsey boating, traveling, gardening, or spending time with family and friends.

Caitlyn Keblaitis, LE
LICENSED ESTHETICIAN
Caitlyn Keblaitis, LE, is a Licensed Esthetician who brings nearly a decade of experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry to Elevé Wellness & Aesthetics. A graduate of Douglas J Aveda, she began her career in 2017 specializing in body waxing and lash and brow services, building a strong foundation in precision, technique, and personalized care.
Since expanding into medical aesthetics in 2024, Caitlyn has developed a passion for results-driven skincare and helping clients feel confident in their skin. Her treatments include customized facials, microneedling, chemical peels, and advanced skincare, with each service tailored to the individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Whether she’s creating a skincare plan, perfecting a brow, or helping someone feel more comfortable during their first wax, Caitlyn brings the same attention to detail and approachable energy to every appointment.
Outside of Elevé, Caitlyn loves spending time with her son, boyfriend, family, and friends, along with shopping, cooking, and making memories with the people she loves most.

Cela Cruz, MA
MEDICAL ASSISTANT | PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Cela Cruz, MA, is a Medical Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator at Elevé Wellness & Aesthetics. Since entering the aesthetics industry in 2023, Cela has become an important part of the patient experience, helping everything feel welcoming, organized, and seamless from the moment you walk through the door.
With a background in medical assisting, Cela works alongside the Elevé providers while also helping patients navigate appointments, treatment questions, and the little details that make each visit feel personal. Her genuine love for the aesthetics industry has continued to grow, and she’s always eager to learn more about the treatments, products, and services Elevé offers.
Cela has her sights set on continuing her education in aesthetics, with an interest in becoming an esthetician or laser technician in the future.
Outside of Elevé, Cela loves spending time with friends and family, going for walks, beach days, and getting lost in a good book. Her warm personality and natural ability to make people feel comfortable are a big part of what makes her such a special part of the Elevé team.

LICENSED ESTHETICIAN
Emily Slentz, LE, is an experienced Licensed Esthetician at Elevé Wellness & Aesthetics with a passion for helping clients feel confident in their skin. With years of experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry, Emily combines a warm, approachable treatment style with personalized care built around each client’s individual goals.
Her services have grown well beyond her roots in professional waxing and sugaring. Today, Emily offers customized facials, microneedling, chemical peels, lash and brow services, waxing, sugaring, and personalized skincare plans designed to support healthier-looking skin both in the treatment room and at home.
Emily believes great skin isn’t about following the same routine as everyone else. She takes the time to understand each client’s skin, concerns, lifestyle, and goals before recommending treatments or products, creating a plan that can evolve as their skin does.

Aesthetics is a field where it is easy to sell people things they do not need. Elevé is built the other way around. Every plan starts with what you actually want to change, and sometimes the honest answer is that you need less than you thought, or something different than you booked.
Chelsey Morrow, NP-C
Chelsey owns Elevé and treats here. That is not always true of a med spa, and it changes things. When the person who set the standards is also the person holding the syringe, nobody has to guess what the standard was.
Her background is nursing before it was aesthetics, which shows up in how she plans. She works from anatomy rather than from a menu, starts conservatively when conservative is right, and will tell you when a treatment is not the one for what you are describing. Patients tend to notice that the first time she says no to something.
She is not the whole practice, though. Elevé runs under a medical director, with licensed estheticians handling skin and beauty maintenance and coordinators who know your history before you walk in. Everyone works the same way, which is the part that matters.
What that means in the room
- She asks what you want to change before she talks about products.
- Dosing and placement are mapped to your anatomy, not to a package.
- You leave knowing the plan: now, next, and what maintenance looks like.
- If a treatment will not do what you are hoping, she says so.

Natural is the whole point
The goal is that people tell you that you look rested, not that they ask what you had done. That usually means treating less at once and building over time, which is a slower business model and a better result.
Plans, not appointments
Most concerns are not solved in one visit. You should leave knowing what makes sense now, what comes next, and what maintenance looks like, so you can budget for it instead of being surprised by it.
You should understand your own skin
We explain why a treatment is being recommended, and what it will not fix. A patient who understands the plan sticks with it, and gets a better outcome than one who was just sold a package.
Wellness is not a separate business
IV therapy, vitamin injections, and medically supervised weight support sit alongside the aesthetics because how you feel and how you look are not actually two different conversations.
